If you've updated your password from another device or via the EVA Portal, or if you need to change your secure PIN, simply log in using your password from the 'FORGOT PIN? LOGIN WITH PASSWORD' option on the secure PIN login screen.
Open the EVA App. If the user that is presented is yours, enter the PIN to access the device. You will have 5 attempts to enter the PIN correctly. If you do not remember the PIN, or like to login with a password, tap on ‘FORGOT PIN? LOGIN WITH PASSWORD’ and it will redirect you to the ‘Log in‘ screen.

On the Log in screen, log in using your email and password. Tap 'Next'.
Create secure PIN. Create 6 digit secure PIN. The PIN will give you secure access to this particular EVA device. tap on ‘Save PIN’.

Setup complete message appears. Then you will be redirected to Start Exam page.
