EVA Portal - Reset password
How to reset your password from the EVA Portal
- Go to the EVA portal by entering the following link in your browser: https://eva.mobileodt.com/Login
- Click “Forgot your password?” on the Login screen
- Enter the email address associated with your User account. Click on - Send temporary password.
- An email will be sent to the email entered with a temporary password.
- Enter the temporary password and create a new one, then enter it once again. Click on Done.
- Password updated successfully message appears. You will be redirected to the EVA Portal home screen. Please remember to log in to the EVA Devices with this new password.
