The EVA System is used for visual imaging and documentation for cervical cancer examinations. The EVA System combines the functionalities of a digital colposcope with outstanding image quality, superior software capabilities and an online portal. Images and data captured by the EVA App at the point-of-care are transmitted to EVA Portal - HIPAA-compliant online storage.
Document and annotate images with the EVA App:
The EVA App running on the EVA Device allows users to save images with notes, annotate biopsies and points of interest, and add clinical impressions.
EMR on the EVA Portal:
The online portal allows for peer review, online storage, and audit of patient information collected by the different providers, at the point of care by the EVA Device.
Users can access the information stored on the cloud through the EVA portal. The portal is accessed through an internet browser in a secure HTTPS session. https://eva.mobileodt.com/Login
The default settings of Organizations and Users setting is Opt-in - Images and data captured by the EVA App at the point-of-care are transmitted automatically to the EVA Portal.
To get the maximum benefit from your EVA System, it is recommended to regularly connect to WiFi for automatically uploading your exam data to the EVA Portal.

Optout status is managed by MobileODT administration. Users can request that Opt-out status be applied or removed from their account by contacting support@mobileodt.com.
While in Opt-out mode the EVA App is not synced with the EVA Portal and cannot link past exams conducted on a patient with the same MRN.
It is advised that exam data be regularly manually exported using USB and backed up on a local secured storage.
In 'Opt-out' mode, Wi-Fi is unnecessary for exam uploads. However, a Wi-Fi connection is needed for initial login, password resets, and EVA App updates. Examinations can be conducted without a Wi-Fi connection.
