How to Add\Edit EVA System Users
If you have User Management permissions in your EVA System account, you can create users, assign roles (Basic or Clinical Admin), and customize their profiles.
How to Add a User
- Login to the EVA Portal.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Users.
- A list of all users associated with your EVA System account will be displayed.
- Click on Add User. 'Create user' is displayed.
- Enter the user's details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number (optional).
- Select the Clinical Scenario relevant to the user.
Clinical scenarios - Predefined input fields and user flow through the EVA System for specific procedures.

Colposcopy - Used in a visual inspection of the cervix during routine cervical cancer screening.
Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) - Used in visual inspection with acetic acid for primary cervical cancer screening.
Sexual Assault Forensics Examination - Used in recording visual evidence during a sexual assault forensic exam by a trained practitioner

- Choose the appropriate User Role.
Basic User: Can create an Exam in the EVA Device. In the EVA Portal, can view, edit, delete, and export their own exams
Clinical Admin: Can create an Exam in the EVA Device. All Basic User permissions, plus full access to all exams within the EVA Account in the EVA Portal
- If the user should have the ability to manage other users, select User Management under Permissions. It’s recommended to limit this permission to a few users.
- Adjust additional settings as needed: Preferred language, Sync mode, Green filter.
- User Status: Keep the user as 'Active user'. Set the status to 'Inactive User' if the user should no longer have access to the EVA System.
- Click on Create. Confirmation message is popped up
The new user will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to activate their account.
Editing a User in the EVA System
- Login to the EVA Portal.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Users.
- A list of all users associated with your EVA System account will be displayed.
- Click on Edit next to the user you wish to modify.
- You can update the following settings: First name, Last name, Phone, Clinical scenarios, User role, Permissions, Preferred language, Sync mode, User status, Green filter
Note: The user’s email address cannot be changed.
User Status: Keep the user as 'Active user'. Set the status to 'Inactive User' if the user should no longer have access to the EVA System.
